About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To see and experience as much as possible

ABOUT ME

My goal in life is to learn about and how to do as much as possible. I hope to see the world, interact with its people and leave the world better than how I found it. I enjoy creating, whether it's carving wood or stones, building furniture or houses, making drawing or computer solid models.

PHILOSOPHY

live life to its fullest, help whoever you can, however you can and try to learn at least one new thing every day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'll take in people whenever I can and if I'm not at work, I'm happy to show couch surfers around town or at least point them in the right direction.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

During my Euro trip in 2010 I met Suzana, a fellow Brasilian in a coed room at a Hostel in Paris.... She told me about CS (which I had heard of before but never tried) so I figured it would be the perfect time to try it out. Since I was making up my itinerary as I went along, I sent out some requests to hosts in the cities I would be visiting. Due to the time restraint, I only managed to be invited in by one person in Wien (Vienna). WALKYTALKEE met me in a metro station close to his house, pulling two beers from his bag. "A friend of mine brews it" he said... and so began my Austrian adventure. He took me on a guided bicycle tour of the city center, hit up some bars and on the next day, he took me to a city in the Austrian Alps where his friends had rented a house and were having a party. The most fun I had in Europe.

So far I have hosted an American from San Francisco and an Indian from Mumbai. Through them I also got to meet up with other surfers and hosts.
