I've suddenly found myself working just over an hour from San Francisco which I've never seen, with a few days off to spare. I could commute and do day trips, but think it would be more fun to couch surf! I haven't surfed in like over a decade haha! I'm older now but hopefully wiser and even cooler. =D

I'm a very laid back personality, very low key and introverted but paradoxically I love meeting new people. It fascinates me to learn about others who may have vastly different experiences and ideas from me. I love cooking and eating plants, exploring new cities and coffeeshops and bookstores. I have a dog who is my entire world. Nature brings me joy.

I'm mainly looking for a place to crash from like 5pm on...as a single female I don't want to be walking the city on my own after dark.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've had very cool experiences couch surfing. Everyone I've met has been super generous and kind. I'm a bit amazed there are so many awesome and generous people out there!

Music, Movies, and Books

Not a huge movie buff as I prefer to surf the web or read, but when I do I prefer documentaries and horror movies. Saw Midsommar recently and enjoyed that. I'm also binging the Office at present.

I like electronic music and indie music. Saw Modest Mouse recently, also like Tune-Yards and Haley Heynderickx.

I'm into nonfiction self-help books at present, but I also enjoy fiction. Also I have a problem with collecting vegan cookbooks.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm a tad boring of a person as I'm super low key and introverted most of the time, haha! But the coolest thing I've ever done was take a greyhound bus across the country and couch surf in my earl 20s.
