ABOUT ME

Well, there´s not really that much to say. Im a ¨sort of¨ musician, you´ll find plenty of instruments at home and everyone is always welcome for a music-sunday afternoon. I Study Computer science (when I have the time to =( ) and work as a Software Developer.

On that side I currently work with Ruby ,coming from a Python background, and have great respect and interest for the Open Source community, I try to contribute to it as much as possible. :)

I did learn Kung Fu for a little more than 4 years, but have been inactive for the last year on it, I try to get some practice whenever I can so as not to get rusty. These days Im mostly all about soccer, and get together with friends to play friendly matches pretty often, I might suck a little less with each much, but Im not sure.

I still dont have clear travel plans, so for now Im just willing to help anyone and everyone I can to spend their vacations in Montevideo and enjoy it to it´s fullest.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I´ve hosted several people at home, each surfer was completely different from the one before him/her and they have been all fun, enriching and GREAT experiences. I look forward to the next surfer!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Im not a huge fan of lists, it always feels like you are leaving someone behind. If I had to mention stuff Im into at this point in time?? emm, Well, book wise I am madly in love with the A Song of Ice and Fire saga (Game of Thrones and so on), I pretty much devoured the 5 books and can't wait to know what happens next. I am currently reading Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes novels to calm my anxiety.

I'm hooked up with several shows, like How I Met Your Mother, Community, Game of Thrones (Obviously!), and a couple of british ones like Doctor Who and BBC's Sherlock. My all time favorites include Scrubs and Firefly.

I´ve met AMAZING people in my very very short life, I can´t believe Im that lucky :D

Lehren, lernen, teilen

Although Im not an instructor I am a fairly advanced practitioner of the Wing Chun kung fu system, I can teach it to a fair degree and introduce you to my instructors if you are interested about it!

Well, of course I am also a computer programmer, and love to talk about most computer science topics. Other than that.. I think I can probably teach some basic music.

I'd love to learn whatever random stuff you can throw my way.
