ABOUT ME

I am a geek. If I didn't love being outdoors, I would be on the computer way more than I am now. I grew up in Berkeley, CA where I gained a huge respect for nature and wild places. I didn't travel while growing up because I did classical music and had no time. Since graduating from Highschool I have made it my mission to travel the world by bike. I rode down the Oregon and California coast right after graduating and have used that trip to plan for others.

I have never had a couchsurfing experience, the only traveling I have done I have wildcamped and used public restrooms and showered with a water bottle.

Interests

I love to play Cello. I like to compose music. I have a fixed gear bicycle that I go everywhere on, I like to host midnight bike rides and pull a sound-system with music behind me. Recently I fell in love with bike touring and

Teach, Learn, Share

I love teaching people bike maintenance, nothing makes me sadder than a out of commission bike.
I will always help someone with their computer. I avoid fixing peoples computer problems, but instead will teach them how to do it themselves. I have a huge respect for people who have primitive survival skills, bowmaking/firestarting etc. I am always happy to discuss any kind of camping technique or camping gear
