I spend moments without time in the country side and in the stillness of nature making noise and walking around in circles.

PHILOSOPHY

The world is a wonderfully weird place, consensual reality is significantly flawed, no institution can be trusted, certainty is a mirage, security a delusion, and the tyranny of the dull mind forever threatens -- but our lives are not as limited as we think they are, all things are possible, laughter is holier than piety, freedom is sweeter than fame, and in the end it's love and love alone that really matters.

Music, Movies, and Books

Candide. John Stienbeck. Allen Ginsberg. Tom Robbins. The way they dance with there words makes me want to listen more than talk.

I want to float away in jazz. Mildred Bailey. The boswell sisters, Lead belly, Tom waits, Billy Holiday, Louis Armstrong. Anything with trumpets.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach up a bit of fire dancing, drumming, guitar, surfing, Golfing. I'm interested in learning everything. Particularly sailing, welding, woodcarving, pottery, language, and about ancient civilizations, religions, spirituality.
