ABOUT ME

After spending 20 years comfortably living in my bubble (Chennai) I decided to study in Delhi, travel to Punjab, Himachal Pradesh,Assam, Bhutan and work in Delhi,Bangalore,Pune all without knowing Hindi. As expected it was scary,frustrating and clueless in the beginning until I broke the stereotypical barrier I set for myself. Who said you need Hindi to survive, explore and have fun in India? So far so good actually so great !

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to CS so still getting a hang of things. Currently don't have a place to host but would like to hang around and show you what I know about Pune which is of course very little since I am new too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been to Kerala once and stayed at my collegemate's home there. I didn't know this girl existed until she offered to host me and my friends. Why would she do that we asked. She said 'well, just coz I like to.' And that is how I knew memories could be made out of thin air. I didn't know about CS then.

Music, Movies, and Books

Any shitty movie as long as there is good company,any shitty company as long as there is awesome music. Books are my weak point, might get into a fist fight (currently) if any person reads Mills and Boon, 50 Shades and claims it to be sound literature.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Took a road trip with strangers (my friend's friend's friend .... Infinity) to Pushkar and Udaipur(Rajsthan).

How to cook Rice, Dosa and Idly with Chutney. Currently most qualified to learn I guess.
