About Me

I work for a music-technology company called IK Multimedia (makers of iRig / AmpliTube), coordinating its marketing activities in Brazil.

I was a college teacher (from 2002 until 2010) and had my own webdesign company for 8 years (1998-2006).

Born in Brazil, but I also hold a German passport.

I love music and arts and, more recently, got into fitness/healthy living/cooking.
Big fan of heavy metal and I help the band Anthrax with some stuff in Brazil.

Easy going, not a loud a person, unless you have a guitar and amplifier. ;)

Some guidelines I live by:
Live and let live.
Help others.
Having a good time without losing control of myself or at the expense of others.
Respect differences.

Music, Movies, and Books

MOVIES: From Terry Gilliam to Tarantino, Guy Ritchie, Lynch, Scorcese, so much stuff it's hard to list. I'm just no too much into romance and boo-hoo drama.

Also I have been watching a lot of documentaries over the web. Nassim Haramein and Ian Lungold are toping the list, along with conspiracy theories. You know, the system is fkd up and it is up each individual to wake up and do something to change this.

MUSIC: From jazz to heavy metal, brazilian music. I like Metallica, Queens Of The Stone Age, Kyuss, Sepultura, Anthrax, Soundgarden, Tool, Faith No More, Gojira, Pantera, Down, COC, lots of stuff. On the light side, Seal, Morcheeba, Michael Franti, Morphine, some Bob Marley.

BOOKS: I always liked comics better, I used to draw comic strips and edit fanzines when I was a teenager. I love Calvin & Hobbes :D . I like some authors like Hermann Hesse, Bukowski, Agatha Christie, Sir Conan Doyle.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Getting my name at the "Thank You" list of Anthrax's drummer Charlie Benante on their 2005 reunion-tour live album. For a guy who grew up listening to them, this was the most amazing thing that has ever happened to me.

Best things I've seen are music concerts, something I'm truly passionate about. In 2011 I went to the HELLFEST festival in France + Sonisphere in UK and had the most incredible weekends of my life.
