I travel very often on short notice and I have regular visitors. I can confirm couch requests not more than 3 days in advance, you can still send a request but confirmation would depend on my travel schedule.

I am super selective about hosting. So (1) No Reference, No Hosting (2) You don’t Host, I don’t Host (3) No incomplete profile without proper photos (4) No hosting Full-time/ long term penniless travellers/wannabe influencers or YouTubers doing gigs like aids awareness, hitchhiking, living out of backpack.

Copy paste requests are totally fine as long as you have read 'About' and 'Home' section carefully (comeon, we all know how it is being on a trip), not because you need to impress us but rather for you to know that you have a host you are comfortable with.
