COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As a university student I have slept in parks, basements.
There was a time for about a month 6 of us lived in one room with a single bed, 4 of us slept on the floor legs onset this single bed, with an outside common wash room, this was in Paris!

Like sitcoms (Mr. Bean comes on top). Documentaries on nature, wildlife. Occasional movies.
Like both eastern and western classical.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Started a 'South Asian' restaurant in London and made it into an 'Award Winning' restaurant in the United Kingdom.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach to cook dishes from South Asia (North and South India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Thailand). Teach about spices and ingredients used in dishes and what they do to you. Talk about relationship of dishes from country to country and how it spread, through concurring kings and colonisers.
