About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live a good story.

ABOUT ME

Well, my friends would tell you a lot of unprintable stuff like they should. They would also tell you that I'm basically a boring sort of dude who loves to read, eat and sleep. Forever short of money but never a miser (May be that is the reason!). Love to travel, prefer road trips to flying in or travelling by train any day. I consider myself to be a decent driver, though my friends may beg to differ. Love rainy days, fusion music, off-beat cinema, spicy food and pointless debates.

PHILOSOPHY

Aham Brahmasmi.
That is You.
This Too Shall Pass.
It is or it isn't.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None at all .. Yet.

Interests

Reading, Travelling, Eating and Listening to all sorts of music is of course how I spend whatever little time I get for myself. But nothing grabs my attention like an honest smile... the kind that extends all the way to your eyes. Don't get a chance to see it too often though... not even in the mirror. I am currently running an online Library that delivers books to the members' doorstep. And rt now, that is all that I can find time for.

Music, Movies, and Books

Any and every movie from Tarantino, Anurag Kashyap.
Indian Ocean, Euphoria, Indian Classical, Jagjit Singh, ACDC, Adele
Shantaram, Hitchhiker's Guide to Galaxy, LOTR, Life of Pi, Philip Pullman, Eoin Colfer, Jonathan Stroud, Haruki Murakami.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Driving from Lucknow to Manali is the most beautiful road trip I've gone on. So much so that I've now done it thrice.
My first view of the Arabian Sea was mesmerizing. Uplifting, scary and somehow very very calming.
Eloped with my girlfriend (now my wife).
Launched my startup. This is one journey I don't know how to plan for.

Teach, Learn, Share

Don't have anything to teach.
Would love to learn a few things though - Playing a musical instrument, how to type in Hindi and how to retire as early as possible.
