ABOUT ME

Been there , done that - I for a greater part of my adult life always thought that. But then God intervened and put me into places and situations where I had to move out of my comfort zone . It opened up new vistas for me , taught me what fun it can be to be in challenging situations.

I have been very lucky. Born into a family where I was the youngest offspring of a large family , I had the best available to me . Education , doting parents , an elder sister who breathed life into me twice. I knew I was cared for .

My Grandmother through her simple words made an indelible impression on me and those are the words that I live by . My Grandfather (he lived to be 100) was a karamyogi who commanded death to come to him ( In India we call it "Iccha Mrityu" ) . If I can be an iota of his stature - I would consider my life as blessed.

Physically , I am tall ( am 6 ft tall) , BMI of 24 , dark and handsome ( you must be thinking that I have borrowed the TDH - tall , dark and handsome) from the Mills and Boon series - Well ... I believe that Mills and Boon should be sued for borrowing from my persona, without paying me any royalty) .

I have played sports excelled in them and then well just became lazy. But once in a while , I play cricket, golf, squash , table tennis , swim , walk , go to the gym ( I hate this but sometimes dont have anything much better to do) .

Love the adrenalin that sports provide and the dopamine the other nocturnal activities provide. More about that later.

If there is one principal that I can actually implement in my life , I am sure that I will be blessed is
"Learn from your past, live in the present and dream about the future"

PHILOSOPHY

1) Learn from your past , live in the present, dream about the future.
2) Focus = You should know what you want and
3) Work like a maniac to achieve that.

The mother of all philosphy authored by me , would be soon appearing in a blog near you. And soon to be available in a book store next to you.

Couchsurfing is an amazing mix of adventure, challenges, human interaction, companionship, meeting people from different walks of life.

currently I am a host but am sure sooner I would be going around being a guest to some interesting hosts.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In one word "Fabulous"

- An amazing person with 30 countries experience , world ly wise , a nerdy who became a photographer came and stayed with me for 4 days. We were like people from opposite poles , but after 4 days we were like close buddies.

- Couchsufing event meeting opened me up in dubai , I met some amazing people , some of them who are amazing buddies in this cauldron of humanity - city called dubai

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have three

A) Seeing a town by cycling around - Delhi , an inland town in Thailand , Klangenfurt in Austria , Jaipur .
B) Bungee Jumping - together with an amazing women. yes we were tied together in one rope and we jumped together-believing in each other more than in the strength of the rope.
