ABOUT ME

I grew up in Mumbai and moved to Atlanta to go to Georgia Tech for Electrical Engineering and English Literature. After college I moved to Ann Arbor for a lean consulting job. Then proceeded to move back to India to live in an Ashram in Rishikesh learning Kathopnishad.

I came back to study for my masters in Healthcare Systems after which I took a consulting job in Madison. I have since then moved to Seattle, Honolulu, Los Angeles, Lancaster, Manchester, Miami, Minneapolis, Fargo, Omaha, Fort Wayne, Kalamazoo.

I have traveled to 49 states within United States. While in school I did a study abroad in Metz, France and caught the travelling bug. Since then I have been to over 30 countries and counting...

I have only hosted people, havent really couch surfed myself but will be doing that in the future.

Interests

I spend a lot of time meditating in the morning and evening and would like to meet like minded people.

I just completed a course in compassionate meditation and have been practicing it for 6 months now. I love exploring the yoga and meditation classes all over manhattan. Also taking Bhagavad Gita classes studying the spiritual text of hinduism.

I am pretty much open to any knowledge I can get: Theatre, Music, Science, Arts, Psychology, Economics, Law, Social Science, Travel, History, Literature...

I am interested in meeting people from different walks of life so we can explore the city together. I am also interested in people that will make me step out of my comfort zone.
