CURRENT MISSION

To learn whatever I can.

Currently I'm teaching myself some tech skills - mainly programming and UX.

I'm also focussing on improving my biking ability. I want to do a long distance bikepacking trip this summer.

I'm very interested in ceramics and pottery and even though I'm a complete beginner I can spend hours doing it. I work out of a studio near my home but I'm always on the lookout for studios when I travel.

I love analog photography. If you inherited expired film from your hobbyist grandpa and don't know what to do with it feel free to invite me over.

I'm currently working and traveling so it's a slightly different form of travel than any I've done before. On days I don't work, I love to meet new people and see a new place through their lens!

Recently I've taken to reading a book by an author from the country I'm visiting.

Currently I'm reading Orhan Pamuk's 'Snow".

I love historical fiction, magical realism, fantasy and fiction and short essays.

Movies:

I love the aesthetics of Wes Anderson, Coen Brothers and recently discovered I love Taika Waititi.

I grew up watching horror films and seem to have permanently damaged myself with that (thanks 90s parenting!)

I like to pretend I enjoy a Harry Potter marathon but I'll likely be asleep within 37 minutes of the first film so.....
