Overview
About Me
I’m a Canadian citizen working as a Product Director, with a strong curiosity for people, places, and how different cultures live day to day. Travel for me is less about landmarks and more about local food, small towns, and conversations that give real insight into a place.
I’ve spent time traveling across India, Canada, the US, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, and Turkey, and I genuinely enjoy meeting locals or fellow travelers for a relaxed conversation, a coffee, or exchanging recommendations.
Outside work, I’m a dog parent and value meaningful connections, good food, and simple experiences. I’m married, grounded, and respectful of people’s space and cultures.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I discovered Couchsurfing in Varanasi after meeting a fellow traveler who introduced me to the community. What immediately resonated with me was the idea of connecting through people rather than just places.
I love traveling in a way that goes beyond sightseeing — understanding local culture, sharing food, hearing personal stories, and seeing places through a local lens. For me, the best travel moments come from conversations over tea or a meal, not from ticking off attractions.
Couchsurfing feels like a natural extension of how I already travel: open, curious, and grounded in genuine human connection.
