ABOUT ME

Weeeelll, I'm addicted to traveling and unfortunately I passed that addiction to my boyfriend ;) Now, I finally have a partner on my quests. I've traveled a lot in my life, lived abroad twice, and experienced so many different cultures, met so many amazing people that I hope I'll continue doing so in the future. I am interested in politics (my major), philosophy, religion, languages, sociology, etc. Even though I was always gifted for natural sciences (math in particular) I chose a different path. Do I regret it? Not yet ;)))

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was inactive for a while on this website, but I just love how people meet here and get an opportunity to travel around and get to know their hosts/guests.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started using couchsurfing last year, but I wasn't so active due to writing my master thesis. I just came back to it recently. I have hosted some people, I have visited some people, and I have also met some people through this website.

Interests

I love debating (I was in a debate club for 6 years), reading, watching movies, learning new languages, religions, etc.
When it comes to social issues, I am very interested in human rights (I worked in that area during my school years), racial issues, and conflict zones in the world.
I love swimming, being raised on the coast made me so connected to water.
I love cooking too, and I have people to testify to my culinary wonders ;)))

Movies: The barber of Siberia, Django unchained, The Patriot, Four feathers, One flew over the cuckoo's nest, Great dictator, Time (Shi gan), Le destin fabuleux d'Amelie Poulain, L'apartment, The fountain, Forest Gump, La vitta e bella.
Music: Clint Mansell, Il Divo, jazz, blues, 80s, Bob Marley, Depeche Mode.
I will not put books but authors since I love almost ALL the books these people wrote: Dostoyevsky, Oscar Wilde, Hermann Hesse, Thomas Mann, Ivo Andric, Njegos.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Grand Canyon! That was one of the most amazing things I've seen. I was literally speechless.
