My partner Nikki and I are repeat world travelers on a quest to define and become proper citizens of the Earth. We are new to Couch Surfing. So far, awesome!

Back in the United States my partner and I each found ourselves working Federal jobs, owning a home, parenting two wonderful dogs, and wondering "whats next?" ... Admitting that neither of us had any idea was not the most comfortable decision, but it was a step in the right direction. So we put it all on hold and set foot out the door to humble ourselves and to kindle some inspiration.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet all you fantastic people that make the world go round. I travel a lot in my profession and I know well the lifeless and lonely halls of hotels versus the life-long friendships I have been honored with on my travels.

Plus we are burners at heart (see http://burningman.org/culture/philosophical-center/10-principles/). It is our mission to give from our hearts that which we have in abundance. With each new person we meet we find another opportunity to create the world we want to see.
