Music.. sounds of cascading waterfalls, natural waves, water droplets, running horses, dolphins splashing.... slow and soft, classical and soothing, anything that soothes my ear, body and mind. Norah Jones, Anoushka Shanker, Ani chhoying Drolma....

Books: Anything that's intriguing enough to read...mostly non fiction...My all time favorite- An autobiography of a Yogi by Paramhansa Yogananda.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Every day brings amazing moments... brilliant insights and wonderful feeling. Although life is amazing and it all starts from the time we are born... but if I have to point out one amazing thing that I have done then I would say that I earned enough good karmas to find my master! Thankyou God !!

Teach, Learn, Share

Life in itself is a school and I am learning every moment from things around me, consciously subconsciously and I am here to teach and share anything that I can from all that I know and all that I have experienced. And in the process also learn from fellow travelers and the universe itself. :)
