ABOUT ME

Well, in fact: ask ten perople and you will get ten different answers that might be completely inconsistent. I am so bad at self summaries. They´re pure illusion, so don´t believe them. ;)
A friend recently told me that she likes my way, when it comes to letting people be who they are and appreciate that. Apart from being flattered by that, I realized that it´s probably one of my main desires, that there is free and safe space for every one to be who they want to be. That doesn´t mean I am happy about every conviction, be it political, philosophical or scientifical - usually it doesn´t take long until I find myself discussing ever topic with my friends and people I meet. And there´s a lot to discuss, when you´re a vegan, finding peace, love and understanding not ridiculous but aim for them. ;) Seems like I am a Hippie at heart (wow, it took CS to find that out about myself). On my dark side, I like my humor sarcastic, my music sometimes rough and live more in the night time than at office hours.

Interests

I can´t live, if living is without art. Probably that would make me mad. I need it to express what shakes me on the inside and to induce what it induces, lots of inducentries, you know what I mean! On the creating as well as on the perceiving side I am into - in this order - music, writing, photography, painting. I love to watch modern dance performances, stage plays and a good film (or a stupid funny movie). I have just picked up having piano lessons, which I unfortunately discontinued as a teen. I get lost in playing for hours sometimes. Oh, and I try on learning russian and on finding the perfect sport for me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Phewwww, there are sooo many... Okay, let´s try. I will reduce the mass of occasions to those that are linked to travelling, hum?!
1. A sudden, very strong spiritual feeling when I was bathing in the Kineret Lake in Israel when I was 16
2. Spending a weekend in a cabin in Finland´s woods
3. Recently: Getting to talk with a buddhist who sat next to me on a train for three hours and really connect. As short as it was, it was an astoundingly intense encounter.
