ABOUT ME

We all know it's an impossible task. But it seems to be the only chance to use a few lines to prove that i'm not dangerous and annoying but actually someone fine.
I'm not the one who likes telling some general 'anybody' some general 'all about me' stuff.
To be honest i'm not always happy to talk about myself to some specific somebody also =)
But i really am trying!
I'm a boring moscovite - been born, studied and still live here.
I've studied economics and worked for a big holding company for a couple of years.
But i changed the direction and now mostly work in the design field - curating or organizing exhibitions, lectures, workshops or whatever else.
My business card says 'Anything about design in Russia'.

What else?
I've studied at a 1-year film directing program for almost the whole year but never finished.
I like good company but i'm never bored alone.
I try not to read newspapers but may be passionate in discussing news.
To go out i wouldn't go to a club but to a bar where people can hear each other talking - and i will talk (or listen) a lot.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

'm new to CS and don't have any patterns or habits yet.
By now i'm used to my friends and their friends staying at my place when needed. Now it's time to try hosting people in a less predictable way. And having a new place makes it easier.
I'm ok with an independent traveller who needs nothing from me and i'm ok with providing you with recommendations or other help if you need them =)
Please note that i'm not a good expert of moscow night life if that's the kind of fun you're looking for. But with exhibitions, museums or theatres i may be a bit useful.
Our place is located in the very city centre close to Kremlin and across the street from the Tretyakov's gallery. We rent the apartment with two other cs members (Anton Noginov and Dvorkin) and it's our place to work, to live and to have parties (though not often enough it feels).
It's a 4-room apartment. Two rooms are 'offices', one is a bedroom and the biggest one is the living room / conference room / party room and when nobody's there can accommodate our guests.
The room is big and empty with a table and a chair. Inflatable mattress is an option. There is also a sofa bed in the kitchen but there you may be disturbed a lot.
