ABOUT ME

I grew up next to the ocean in a very remote city called Perth, Western Australia. I was so lucky to have amazing beaches as my playground, but I really wanted to see what was out there in the big wide world. I studied french at school and moved to France 6 months after finishing high school. Since then I have traveled each year. I love exploring new cities, checking out the food, the architecture and people of each new place.
I am now a physical therapist and had actually planned to work in Montreal, so I could use my French and my physio, but I met someone lovely and we've ended up in beautiful Boston.

Interests

My best days are when I am able to get outdoors and do something physical, as well as finding time to be a little creative. I used to draw a lot more before I started work. I find I sketch more when I am traveling. I have been inspired by those I have met while away. I started keeping a small notebook,after seeing just how wonderful jotting down little bits and pieces about new places and people can be, when I was traveling trough Greece & spain with a girl I met in France almost 8 years ago. We are still close friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I felt dwarfed by the limestone islands in Hanlong bay in Vietnam

it was exceptionally peaceful paragliding in Nysna, South Africa

Larva can still melt your shoes, days after it has covered the road, east of St Joseph, La reunion
