To publish my novelette--that's right, novelette-- to experience cultures unlike my own and to learn new ways of living and thinking.

ABOUT ME

I write, I'm crazy about art... anything... literature, film, visual art/ photography.. anything beautiful and imaginative.

I'm first generation Haitian-American, so I'm fluent in both English and Haitian Creole.

I grew up in Boston. I like to read. I like to shop. I love Jesus. :)

Wow, I can go on and on listing my favorite books but for now I'll stick to a few: Atonement by Ian McEwan, The Bluest Eye by Toni Morrison, In Love and Trouble by Alice Walker, Close Range by Annie Proulx, The Year of the Death of Ricardo Reis by Jose Saramago (he's the man... or was. R.I.P. Jose)

I love R&B and Rock but lately I've really been into country music, blue grass, folk what have you..anything that sounds rural and melancholy...
