ABOUT ME

My name is Priscila and I am a full-time student pursuing an education in Social Work and Indigenous Studies. I am originally from Bahia, Brazil which is known for its Afro-Brazilian culture, delicious food, and a diverse music scene.

I did leave all that and I am currently living in Saskatoon, SK. Yes, the Prairies winters are insanely cold and long but we make the most out of them.

I love doing outdoor activities such as cross-country ski and biking. In my free time, I play soccer in a Co-Ed team (even though I am Brazilian, I'm not good at soccer) and I do community building projects for a women's group I co-founded in my university.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

After a friend's wedding in Brazil, we all jumped in the ocean with dresses and suits on to watch the sunrise. It was a beautiful moment and yes, we crashed their honeymoon.

My roommate and I did the Polar Bear Plunge in Vancouver. The water was 2 degrees and we went in for about 40 seconds. I got sick for three weeks but it was worth it ;P

My roommate and I biked the Pacific Coast for 6 days from San Francisco to San Luis Obispo in California. We had no previous experience biking long-distance highways. This was definitely the most soul-enriching trip of my life.
