I'm constantly changing like everything in this Universe, arising and passing away, I’ve been meditating vipassana since 2001, visiting centers around the world, exercising the observing mode of consciousness. Exercise to be Equanimity. Explore the mind patterns and the feeling sensations.

I love yoga, meditation, traveling, hiking, biking, beaches, nature, tree and birds.
Really enjoy to have local experiences with local people when I’m traveling, I’m a big fan of Couchsurfing, is a pleasure to be in contact with you.
I think the life is wonderful when we do what we really like to do. When we move to new experiences.
I'm feeling a discovery person, try to né In The present moment, feeling the present moment with no judgments, I keep trying and also see the the new possibilities, new viewpoints, creating that.

In my life I lived in so many places and feel I don’t have roots and don’t know to answer where I’m from.

My work is to be a Master the Avatar Course, with many exercises to explore and expanding consciousness to living deliberately.
