I'm a musician and/or wilderness guide who loves to dance and work with people. I'm now doing a Global Music masters (?) in Helsinki and I work as a seasonal wilderness guide in Lapland and eastern Finland.

I am also a meta-buddhist.

WARNING: No matter how much I insist, don't let me put a beer in the freezer so that it cools down more quickly. I will most probably forget and mess up your fridge. Please don't let me do that, thanks.

Dlaczego jestem na Couchsurfing

The reason I couchsurf is because I believe in conversation. I believe there needs to be more of it in the world. Conversation between people, artists, businesses, politicians. Through conversation we can get to know others, and I think knowing others is as important as knowing yourself, and a journey we have to take at the same time as knowing ourselves.

From time to time I can be very pretentious so don't believe everything I say. On the other hand, maybe saying something pretentious is ok.

Zainteresowania

At the moment I'm into making bread, rock climbing, and dancing (contact improvisation, and swing). Other things I enjoy trying things I've never tried, swimming, making lots of noise, going to places I shouldn't, doing things that scare me, and laughing.

Muzyka, filmy i książki

Books are my bread and butter, although I am not a big fan of butter myself. Now I am reading a bit of Epictetus.

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

Fallen in love; cycled from London to Venice in two weeks; slept under the stars at -30ºC. We once sang a 25" song to gulls in a park in Helsinki with a group of very silly people. The gulls stayed for the whole piece and flew away seconds only after we had finished.

The rest you can try and find out over a beer.
