I am an amateur poet, an occasional blogger, an ardent theatre artist, a language lover, a music maniac and basically a mountain-and-river loving Indian.

I worked as an English assistant in two public schools in the south of France in the year 2014, and then in the outskirts of Paris for two consecutive years. I finished masters in French Literature in 2017, and currently looking for a job.

Since I consider theatre to be an indispensable part of my life, I would love to meet people with similar inclinations and various approaches to theatre. We might end up creating something cool.

In my spare time, I meet people, drink tea, read books and write poetry.

At the moment, I live in Juan les Pins with my lovely French husband, who loves chai and speaks decent hindi, so if ever anyone wants to meet up over a tea or coffee or anything else, I am already game for it !

My CS experience has been amazing so far. I organized a poetry event "Enivrez-vous de Poésie" everywhere I went, and met a lot of beautiful people.

Interests

I am addicted to writing and reading. Apart from that, the thing that keeps me alive and kicking is traveling to places, meeting new people and learning languages. Salsa is a newly acquired hobby along with cooking.

I love colors, children, conversations, cultures, customs and costumes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I joined a team of physically challenged men on a high-altitude trek in Himalayas in the year 2013. It was an initiative by the popular alcohol brand 'Johny Walker'. I joined them as an on-trek writer. It was a one-of-its-kind experience for me precisely because seeing these men push themselves beyond their limits, I felt something changed inside me.

Teach, Learn, Share

As I meet new people, the thing that fascinates me the most is the possibility of being able to learn new languages and being able to get a glimpse of a culture otherwise alien to me.

As for me, I can teach my mother tongue Hindi, a bit of bollywood dance and Indian cuisines.
