ABOUT ME

PHILOSOPHY
don't take things personally, don't judge, and hell, don't expect anything. makes life a bit easier and it's about being FOR things, not against things.
and if you don't like something, change it. reality is in the palm of your hand.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
2 ways of couchsurfing.
Number One: Getting to know the host, spending time with him/her, going around and getting around with the host. More on the meeting-people-of-the-country-thing.
Number Two: You're travelling, you're spontaneous and and on a low budget, aaand, you wouldnt mind meeting the locals either. But your on the spontaneous side and don't have too much time to settle down. In this case, couchsurfing is literally couchsurfing. You've got a place for you're stuff, you've got a quiet, safe place to sleep and you're free to roam.
I have no problem with both. Depending on how much time i have available, i love to meet people and hang out, but also just glad to offer a sleeping opportunity. So tell me which one you prefer when you write to me, and i can get back to you more easily.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
well.. two lovely guys from the States staying over here, one vegan, one participating in the IRON MAN contest. wonderful.
a stayover at a nice mans place in Hastings, NZ, in a comfy guest house. we were lucky enough to gain some insight in vineyard work.
i have had a number of non-couchsurfing guests, a hungry serbian traveller with bike who ended up in the café i worked in, 3 mexican scouts on a tour of europe. sometimes it just works better without broadband.
