About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To spread love, peace, and happiness through giving away free hugs all over the United States. I want to be a professional free hugger.

ABOUT ME

From June 12, 2013 until September 8, 2013 I will be traveling around the United States by train on a Free Hugs Tour giving away free hugs in 23 different cities.

I love hugs. My mission in life is to travel the world and spread peace, love, and happiness through brightening lives one hug at a time.

I like to push the edge. I am interested in business. I am also interested in philosophy. What intriges me the most is the edge where business meets philosophy. It sometimes can be a jagged edge and I would like to soften up the edges to create something that this world has ever seen. I don't know what that looks like, but I want to spend my life figuring that out.

PHILOSOPHY

Any small acts of kindness can save a life. I have experienced it. The small things if done over and over help to create change and a better world. Hugs are my preferred random small act of kindness. Free Hugs is more than a campaign, It's a lifestyle. Free Hugs is my lifestyle.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I was giving away free hugs in downtown Chicago and got people to sign my shirt. One person wrote, "Keep it up, Your saving lives." This was one of the most amazing things that has happened to me. Now I am on a journey traveling around the United States giving away free hugs in different cities.

Teach, Learn, Share

The art of Free Hugs is something that I hold very close. It is more than just holding a sign on the street. There are techniques, there are constant learning opportunities and countless people to be met.
