ABOUT ME

I lived in Austin Texas for 12 years, but recently (Feb 2011) moved to Melbourne. I went to high school in Perth, and Australia is where I consider home.

As of 2 years ago, I left the corporate world to work for myself, and that gives me a lot of flexibility for travel and general good times.

During summers I spend as much time as possible swimming in local watering holes. Need to discover the best ones in Melbourne!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm brand new to CS, but met a few folks this summer from Italy, New Zealand and the UK who were using CS in Austin and it seemed like a cool thing to get involved with. I hosted two sets of CS'ers in Austin and it was a great experience.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have beat several past World Series of Poker champions in big hands, that was nerve-wracking but fun. Scuba diving the great barrier reef was a pretty incredible experience too :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a fairly good poker player and have played with a lot of the guys you see on TV. I know a lot of good value red wines. I have a talent for recommending which karaoke songs you would enjoy singing.
