Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm visiting Australia for three weeks before I actually move over there for my working holiday and need to minimize the spending while I'm there.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love edm and hip hop when I'm lifted. Alternative/punk rock when I'm on the go. Classical when I need it. Currently really enjoy Big Sean's album "I Decided."

I really enjoy movies but am a ratings snob. I don't want to waste 2 hours of my life on a poorly made movie. Really disliked Mulholland Drive recently. Inception was probably one of the best movies I've seen to this day.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once at a park, two teenagers rode off and tried to steal two bikes that these kids had left while they played catch.

So I tried running after them but I was too slow.

Stopped a person biking nearby and explained the situation and that I will bring the bike back. Got the OK so I chased after the kids on the bike. Luckily, the teens stayed in my vision because the way out was a bunch of stairs.

So I caught up and stopped them from being bike thieves, returned all three bikes, and got a high five from my mom and younger sister!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I will clean. I will buy groceries. I will be neat. I just really need to cut costs on this first three weeks in Australia.
