I like endurance sports, most of all biking, but I don't disdain running and ski mountaineering (which, oddly enough considered where I live, I've only discovered recently).
I really enjoy playing guitar, although tbh I'm not very good. :-)

Well I suppose not many people need to be taught how to ride a bike, but I can share some of my tips for enduring the seemingly endless pain of riding uphill. :-)
Also, I can teach how to play guitar, or how to cook an exquisite risotto.

Everything Valtellina (the valley where I live) has to share.

If you're a foodie, summer and autumn are the seasons to come visit. We have hundreds of local festivals centered around wine, cheese, potatoes, pumpkins, blueberries, chestnuts... you name it!

If you're into sports, from May to October the weather is perfect for hikes and mountain bike rides. In the winter there's a handful of ski resorts - big and small - less than one hour away.

I do lots of sport, and as a result I eat tonnes of food, so I'd be very glad to partake in any of the aforementioned activities. :-D
