ABOUT ME

One night at my house I called myself a "hippy", and my friend corrected me and she said I was not a "hippy", I was a "mountain man". I thought that was pretty funny.

I live to explore, adventure, and challenge myself on a daily basis. There isn't anything I wouldn't try once and I am an avid surfer, skateboarder, hiker, fisherman, craftsman, photographer, chef, and writer. I care deeply about the environment as the outdoors have always been my playground.

I love meeting new people, and I love being introduced to new cultures. I'm also really nice, have a great sense of humor, and love to have a good time.

LTD - Live The Dream. Whatever your dream is - live it. Do not die without ever having lived your dream, otherwise what did you do with your one and only life?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am very new to this (a month), and I started so I could get a whole new experience out my travels. I am not hosting right now because I don't have a house, but when I get back from traveling and couchsurfing (and get a house) everyone will be welcome on my couch.

Música, películas y libros

Its all about books. Everything by HG Wells, Jules Verne, and Isaac Asimov, oh and John Steinbeck too. Some of my favorite books are "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance" and "The Stranger".

Algo increíble que he hecho

I hiked into a surf spot a couple months ago and surfed a perfect wave all by myself on a surfboard I shaped entirely by myself. It was the most complete I had ever felt.
