Educated and manicured Hippy, lover of life, tree hugger, nature, animals... truth and compassion are my guides. I love to look at the stars, learn about culture, cook (vegetarian), travel, hike, camp, breathe, read, write, and of course - walks along the beach.

I'm here to discover... understand from both sides of life (the so called "good" and the so called "bad")... it is all part of the experience.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I grew up in Drum and Bugle Corps - our life was surfing. We either lived on friends couches or on a bus traveling the country.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Opened up the Closing Ceremonies of the 1996 Atlanta Olympics with a group called the Cadets of Bergen County. Yeah, that was pretty cool.

Why do we think the way we do and react in those behaviors? Why do we keep doing the self-sabbotage habits that we do? I love to teach/learn about how the mind does what it does, and why we react the way we do to the external experiences of life.
