My name is Patrick. I am 28. I like doing simple things. Walking. Hiking. Sitting by the ocean with curiosity. I really enjoy the simplest of things the most. I am finding more and more as I get older, that doing basic human things really brings out the best in you. Living happier with less, experiencing more. Participating in your moments more fully. I guess having kind friends and food and drink is about the best one could ever ask for.

I am of a passionate nature. I love to trail run. Scuba Dive. Stretch at the park and get loose, unlocking my tight spots. One of my favorite things is just finding somewhere shady with a nice sitting spot where I can read for a few hours and check out. Maybe read some good classic fiction and maybe have a moment where I connect and realize something profound that I just did not know before in myself.
