I definitely have the travel bug and I love travelling whenever I can. I really believe that the people you meet while travelling make all the difference. You can learn so much more through the people you meet than any guide book.

I'll always choose great conversation and laughs with good beer at a pub over noisy nightclubs with terrible music. Don't get me wrong, I love dancing but usually more the goofy kind at home (it's important to embrace your inner child from time to time). I love spending time with easy going, interesting people who are open to learning and trying new things and making me think about something in a completely new way and from a different perspective.

I'm passionate about helping people move to a healthier space physically, mentally, and emotionally through understanding who they are as a unique individual and their social determinants of health (I could discuss this topic all night if you're interested). I think diversity is key to a vibrant and cultural community and that's part of why I love travelling and couchsurfing. There is SO much to learn about the world from people all over who, in the end, may not be as different from you as you may think.
