About Me
CURRENT MISSION
For now; capture this amazingly beautiful (but sometimes; a little bit annoying;P) French, in my "language-bag". Here it's going to be fluent French with the perfect rolling "r" and the stylish nasal sounds, before I can feel satisfied:D
ABOUT ME
Hello everyone! Here you have me; Johanna:D a swedish and 20 years old girl. I am currently an au pair in Marseille, since January 2010, and I think I was born in the wrong nationalitet. I feel more French than Swedish. Or perhaps I should say, more "marseillaise":P Since I have been informed that Marseille is almost, a country by its own, here in france:P I think (at least according to what my gut feeling says now) that France will be my home, a long future ahead. Bye Bye Sweden!!! Goooood Day France!!
(Ok that was before! Amazing how you change with the time. I'm still au pair in marseille though. But for now it's more like = Byeeee France!!! And Hello lovely Sweden!!! Everything who makes a conection with my origin makes me jumping of joy. I've been at IKEA here in the city - and made pose-pictures with the furintures, the cheap hot-dog-stand, pepparkakorna (swedish cookies) etc, with the biggest smile on the face. OMG it's silly really how riduculous you can bee haha! Have you ever got the same feeling "seeing one of youre idol" but instead with a tube of mustard that comes from youre country??^^
But your're home is allways your home. And it's facinating how strong bandes you have with it....even if you can be fed up with it sometime;) Now it have been almost 15months for me here in marseille - and i'm going to stay until the 19th june. Then i'm finally going to bee home for a while yeaaay:D
Anyway even if I've grown with myself - I'm still the same base of johanna^^)
Donc voilà; here you have me shortley:)
I am a very simple, easygoing and caring person - and now it sounds like you have a little saint infront of you:P What can I say more that describes me...I can say that I'm a little bit crazy, But = Not a bad version;) To behave like a clown in front of strangers, doesn't disturb me:D I love talking with new people and making jokes. To laugh is one of the best things! Starting to talk to the unknown neighbor on the bus, is a thing that I think should be removed from the list "strange behavior" and instead be seen as something interesting. Be more open! While you might will learn something new or get a new friendship, you will also strengthens your self-esteem. My "negative" qualities are that I tend to talk before I think, but! (a lots of "But" here;P) this is only in situations that don't cause any damage. Has made people laugh a few times when I talked faster than the "brain-office"XD Even if i like to be in a very esay mood; i can also be serious. To have conversations and discussion, is allways intresting. I like to learn new things! ...even if I think, (just for now) I've lost my power of "reading-head" after my school years. Another factor is - when I want to tell something, it will usually measure with that thick novel in your bookcase. I will try to control myself in this profil. My second name is opposite to 'summary':P
PHILOSOPHY
Don't take things too seriously; Enjoy life!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I got completely stuck, when my friend tipped me about Couchsurfing. Awesome idea! All the corners of the world get closer together. Since I live with my host family so can I unfortunately not offer a couch, but to receive you here in Marseille over a coffee or a drink, will I be more than happy to do! When I don't baby-sit the littles, I can show you Marseille from a foreigners perspective:D See you soon I hope!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music; I'm kind of an accepting person when it comes to music. Little bit of an all-eaters; But I have some areas where I can't find the connection = Rap and Hardrock with to much "scream" + techno (it works sometimes - but when the sounds is (in my opinion) too "headache-inducing" - it just doesn't work.
I like all from "Rock oldies" to the "hit-songs" that the radio repeats (sometimes too often:P)
I like; rock, disco, soul, jazz, blues, pop, funk, reaggae and why not some classic music sometimes (even if it doesn't happen so often though...)
Books; The book, which made me start reading - was "Harry Potter" and I was 11-12 years old. Its a amazing book! Besides that, I like reality-based books and novels. I would like to be a better "reader"; beacause I'm not doing it enough - I just have to "take the time" for it, I guess.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
We take it when we see each other!:D
