ABOUT ME
I'm a bubbly person who likes sharing stories and experiences and being around people. I'm a good cook, I make great chocolate cake and I enjoy hosting dinners or the like for friends. I'm always trying to be helpful and I like improvising and making things out of nothing.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm looking for hosts in British Columbia right now, but come September I'm back in Munich and I'd be happy to act as a host and/or hang out with people from all over the world.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm a newbie here but I've surfed the couches of friends all my life and have always enjoyed catering for friends and guests myself.
Interests
When I’m not buried in a book I like juggling, climbing and knitting. I’m part of an international, English-speaking theatre group, acting on-stage and organising back-stage.
I have a passion for languages and learning about other cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books
There's way too many books I love to start listing them here but one that really touched me recently was "The Help" by Kathryn Stockett.
Music: Hard&Heavy as long as there's still a melody and not only shouting, Alternative Rock, Crossover and Indie but also Ambient and a bit of Funk.
I like independent movies and art house films and am a fan of Swedisch and Danish cinema. Some of my favourites: "Azuloscurocasinegro", "I rymden finns inga känslor", "Kitchen stories", "Jeux d'enfants", "Gosford Park", "In Bruges", "Radio Rock Revolution".
I love watching TV series, especially British ones. My most recent addiction is "Sherlock"; all-time favourites are "Teachers", "Shameless" and "Black Books".
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The moment I handed in my resignation - a new beginning, future unknown, I did it!
The gala show at the European Juggling Convention leaves me dumbstruck every time - so much talent and innovation!
Climbing that one route on the cliffs in Corsica, with the waves splashing against the rocks - fantastic!
Teach, Learn, Share
I love teaching others how to juggle. I can also teach you to knit socks and my repertoire of cooking and baking recipes is endless.
If there's anyone out there who wants to share their carpentry skills - please visit me and help me put my ideas into an actual wooden structure. Or organic farming and gardening anyone?
