ABOUT ME
I can host from 23.12.2016 to 06.01.2017. In Etterzhausen, Regensburg
Hi.
My name is Qi.
I eat oats and bananas almost everyday. Friends say that I am always easy-going and rarely see me get pissed off. I love jokes. I grew up in a small town in South China which cultivated my ability to accept weird stuff and be open minded. My fathers side of the family are minority that is closer to Thai ethnically, but unfortunately he never taught me his language. I was burned by hot water when I was 2 y/o, giving me a big scar in my left hand, which had a huge influence in me, but made me stronger. 100% simple person, simple plan. I can be very talkative and straightforward sometimes, but also need some alone time to recharge myself. If you say that's introverted, then yes I am :) Oh, I am vegetarian-wanna-be, trying to eat less and less meat. Just get started.
I want to travel all around the world, but currently busy with studying.
PHILOSOPHY
Pursue the life you want, process and experience is more important than results. Enjoy the process.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Something not cool would happen, but mostly it's amazing.
I don't always stay with or host specific type of people. I met people who like/dislike me. whom I like/dislike, who are too weird that make me feel threatened, whom I'd like to fall in love with, whom I had cold fight with, who use CS for money/sex, who are too demanding or take CS too seriously, who don't care too much about CS, simply offering "free hotel"/requiring "free hotel"...No matter positive or negative, those experience are my unique memory :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was born in a poor family in a small remote town in China, at that time who knew this kid would study hard and obtain the scholarship to study abroad in the future? Who would know this kid could speak English even German 20 years later? Who would expect this kid could make friends with people with different faces and different cultures?
I didn't even know my life would become like this. I think the life I have is amazing enough.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: how to play bass/guitar, how to make simple Chinese food, greeting/cursing in Chinese, East Asian culture/history facts, travel tips in all the places I've been to, bad jokes.
Learn: how to play piano/harmonica/drum, greeting/cursing in your language ;p, culture/music/history facts in your country, recipe of your best cuisine, all kinds of dancing introduction, jokes.
Share: I have a guitar, a bass, a harmonica and a keyboard. If you want we can go to a band room where I used to play, with every equipment inside.
