If you are an English native speaker, you could practise English such as playing toys or reading some books with my son who is 7 years old English 90 minutes per day, and you do not mind there is one hour subway between the apartment and the center of kunming, a beautiful bedroom or living room in a big furnished apartment is for free. Here is everything you need, such as wifi, western toilet, furniture, a beautiful kitchen, refrigerator and so on. The apartment named Tian Run Kang Yuan(healthy garden) is located on the chenggong university zone, the crossing between jv xian street and Chun Rong Xi lu.Over the last several years we have enjoyed hosting expats from many different countries, including two couples from America.
We hope the traveler could stay one week or more.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We could provide one bed in the bedroom or two sofas in living room . There are a 1.5*2.0m bed, a desk, one wardrobe, sheet in the bedroom. We could not provide washing machine but provide some information about how to wash clothes outdoor service.Because my parents help us clean everything and we do not want let them too tired, you need bring your sleeping bag.
