ABOUT ME

We are a family of 4 - the boys are 13 and 15 and are not today's typical teenagers, they are fun and interesting. The family took a year off work and school in 08/09 and we travelled around Australia in a caravan. We have a great deck on which we share Friday night BBQ's and drinks with friends.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We exchange experiences and contacts with couch surfers who stay with us and show them around our city. We have a book which our first couch surfer made for us which has brochures of all of the things to do in Townsville. We also grow food in our garden which is local to our area and when it is in season we are able to share the taste and experience of the food.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The family flew in a sea plane from Derby WA to the Horizontal Waterfalls in the Buccaneer Archipelago. We stayed on a luxury catamaran and took a 500hp boat through the falls - crazy and amazing!!! We took a sail around the bay and had the most amazing food!
