CURRENT MISSION

My mission right now is to complete 5 continents before turning 50. So hopefully next year I'll be visiting Africa for the very first time. This year I was planning to visit a friend in Australia, but she is coming back to Peru, before I arrive. So, it's a chance to couchsurf again.

I'm quiet, insightful, smiley, helpful and like to walk a lot during my trips. I also like to meet new people and learn their ways, I like to listen and play music and learn languages. I'm easily amused and a fan of arts.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When traveling, I like to know the streets, be in contact with people living their normal lives and enjoy the differences of our cultures. I like to eat, but I'm not picky, I usually go for street food and try the local soda beverages. I also enjoy cultural activites, I'm not much of a dancer or clubs, but I'm always open to new experiences. I enjoy a nice conversation and walks.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Last year, I traveled with a friend and we stayed with wonderfully people, so I have tried it as a guest and enjoyed it very much. I'm actually preparing my place to experience as a host, hopefully soon.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like classic rock, english and spanish, but I always like to learn about other countries pop music. About books, I have read some latinamerican authors, specially peruvian ones. From this, I would recommend La Guerra del Fin del Mundo, La exagerada vida de Martín Romaña and actually I'm reading El Espía del Inca which I'm liking very much. Movies, I like adventure, dramas and thrillers and also some RomComs. I watched recently Materialsts and enjoyed it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing? Life is amazing and I'm easy to please. I've been lucky and I have traveled many countries, being those further Japan where I lived for a while, China, Vietnam and the Phillipines. Now I'm heading to Australia. This year I had the chance to start a band and played with them in a bar, we were quite awful, but it was an amazing experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I like learning foreign languages and culture. I like to jam music and record some, so I can teach about that too. And I like dinamic games, I've been introduced to the world of clown so, I like to play a lot.
