Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want couchsurfing to help me experience the true culture of the place I am visiting. I am very interested in being introduced to the food of the region or from where my hosts come from and to see and do what the locals would do.

Also it feels nice just being a guide to people who are new to a city or location with information you can provide them for free.
