ABOUT ME

The concise version:

My name is Quang. It might be easier to just call me "Q." I don't always travel and complete my "bucket list" items, but when I do, I do it spontaneously.

The ridiculously-detailed-boring-extended-for those that need to know at least something about me before hanging out-version:

Am I exciting, knowledgeable, logical, original, outgoing, compassionate, funny, charming, humorous, racy, incredible, or any other words you can think of? Will you believe me even if I had just written that I possess all those qualities? Get to know me and decide for yourself.

One of the main reasons for opening this account is to try to have another resource for me to be able to meet people to either help or join me in completing the items in my "bucket list," some of which includes:

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

trying to surf the couches, beds, floors, empty spaces, etc.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My one and only time surfing was in Seattle, WA. I was on the standby list, along with several other people, to Tokyo but we were unable to make the flight. As we were waiting for the flight, I sat there and chatted with them until the flight departed. When we knew that we couldn't make the flight, people started making plans for the night and one girl, Cherry, offered me her couch. I spent the next day exploring Seattle and then caught a flight to Tokyo the following morning. Cherry didn't have a couchsurfing account.

i only read text books, online articles, or research papers; facts are sometimes just as important as fantasy and fiction. i heard that reading for fun is fun, but doing other things that are fun is fun too. movies are awesome except when it is boring or startles you every few minutes and is categorized as a horror film. i like music in my car, at the bar, on the plane or a train, at a pub, in a club, and sometimes in the tub.

i bartend part-time for fun, so i guess i can teach u to mix drinks or get drunk really, really, ridiculously fast. sadly i am not a flair bartender. i use to be a sushi chef, i can give some advice on that. need help buying a car? i can walk you through the negotiation process. need help buying or building a PC? I am your guy.
