A strict NON-SMOKER, a quite unusual educator teaching a lot of different subjects within English language, and photographer; living -and loving to live- on two-wheels, also good coffee, JAZZ (Nina Simone, Chet Baker, Sarah Vaughan, Bill Evans....!!!) and classical music addict...
A reiki practitioner and an active pacifist. A philotherian; all but especially cats and dogs!!!
And a never-satisfied learner with an insatiable hunger for knowledge; a friendly, open-minded and unprejudiced conversationalist...Hatred, racism, negativity, malice, and lies aren't allowed into my boundaries...
Anyways, ask those who claim they know me...still not sure... :)

OKOKOKOKKKKK...With the neverending insistence of the PUBLIC on me to declare what a gorgeous cook I am, I decided to accept to declare this fact!!! :D
OK! WELL! What can I do? I AM! hehehehheheheeeee!
I love good food, I love trying new and good food, I love trying to cook good food, and I love cooking for friends... ;)
I can say I am not bad at esp. turkish-greek cuisine, (esp. mezzes; dolmades, etc!!):), and soups (esp. fish soup-of gurnard!), and burger specialties (as I prefer not to eat meat that much!), but the only thing I have no idea in the kitchen are the desserts! (anyway, isn't it better not to have them? useless calories, fats and sugar....;))
