Interests

I love art in any form: music, pictures, paintings, theatre, sculptures, installations, perfomance art, street art, the art of living a good life. :)
I draw a lot myself, I've been doing that for about 5 years now. It's really interesting to see how I've improved over all those years! No end in sight, it's a vital part of my life.

Other than that, I like to read a lot, and I'm also a kind of music addict. My favorite band by FAR is The Mars Volta. But my musical taste is very varied, I enjoy progressive rock as much as I love dubstep! Electro, jazz, punk, general rock music, things you can't find a fitting genre for,..

I like to go out and party with my friends. My dancing style is absolutely wack, but I don't really care, I'm just having fun. No need to restrict myself on dancing to look more 'cool'. :)

I've been playing video games since I've been a little kid. I own a Wii myself, and I used to have a PS2 (now my brother took it with him when he moved out to study at an university). My favorite system is the N64 though. So many great games! Especially the ones by RareWare. Original, funny, and superb quality.

I'm also a convined user of Ubuntu Linux because I think the concept of Open Source just makes sense - free quality software for everyone, by everyone. I just don't like the way Microsoft (and by now Apple, too) is designing it's OSs. People just 'consume' them without understanding.

I like to go jogging / running, but only outside. I love it when the movement just becomes automatic, your thoughts clear up, you feel your body move on its own, and a fresh breeze on your skin! No way I'd ever go running on a treadmill in a fitness studio.

I am truly, madly, deeply in love with my bike. I use it to travel everywhere I have to go - except for really long distances. I try to avoid going by car.
