I'm a big fan of capoeira, a brasilian martial art, and i have been doing it for 13 years now.

I also do kitesurfing whenever the wind blows and the water is not to cold.
I have been traveling kite a bit, spending a year in maine, USA, 6 months in Ecuador and Peru, and i have been working two years in Haïti for an NGO.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a verry currious man so when traveling, i really enjoy meeting people that live there, sharing experiences and stories and getting directly guided by them on the things you can do and the best places to visit.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Haïti, i had a friend who opened a small hotel in Mole Saint Nicolas, on the north west of the country. It is really difficult to get there, more than 8 hours to do 100 km on bumpy roads but once you arrive you really don't regret a thing, it is just minblowing. My friend told me there was some wind there so i took my gear with me. I had the honour of inaugurating the spot because nobody ever kitesurfed there. The Haïtien were seeing this for the first time. It was an amaing feeling. It is now a kitesurf school teaching also young haitians to kitesurf. If you get the chance just go there! you wont regret it.
