I am a little daunted by writing my own bio here, but the version chat gpt wrote was absurd! so… let’s give it a try… I am a girl living between flashes of remembering that I am not the voice in my head, and wondering and delighting in the ripples and swirls of my ordinary and turbulent mind. I love being a channel for creation, and helping others remember the power of their own vision and creativity, and I am in the process of building a life that centers those things. Practically, a blend of artist, coach, teacher and facilitator.

What matters to me now, as I gently paddle through Asia, is to be Wide Open. I move with the intention of surrender, allowing things to shift and move me, to release my default mode of being, and to not bypass the depth of feeling that comes along with it!

I love people so much (just like you!) and I love the way we weave this reality together with shared time, with our eyes, with our songs and laughter and words and tears and art.
