I am a 6'8" gentle giant. Love basketball and my Golden State Warriors, bi-coastal liberal with an open mind and empathetic heart. I am always open to new experiences and am challenging my naturally introverted self to just put myself out there for this road trip.

Family friends and loved ones are #1 in my world. I love pets, travel, any sport, and enjoy a night on the couch watching a movie just as much as a night out on the town or drinking in a dive bar.

I am not just going on a road trip cross country: I am restarting my life
I am embracing this time and post divorce life shift to not only travel/reboot/recharge but try and do some good in this country.
I am not just trying to meet people: I am trying to find myself again
As I learn why we are different and how we are the same I am committed to growing and challenging myself to be open to new ideas and experiences.
I want to HELP: Most people agree that there is a massive divide in this country
I hope to learn about and help this country heal after this election.
Interviews with people asking the best questions for red and blue states to understand each other more
I want to experience this country: I have been to more countries than states
I have been lucky enough to travel quite a bit and have been to more countries than states...help me fix that!
I want to know what places I must see:
Where should I go for the best food, the best music, the best sights and sounds of this beautiful country of ours.
Whether it is a concert, a festival, or county fair you tell me where I should go to meet people willing to talk and engage in questions with an open mind
Knowledge and kinship through experiences not just interviews: I'm not a journalist and I won't pretend to be. I am just me
Whether we are talking politics after hunting together, reveling in the rush of skydiving or off roading, or just hanging out over a couple beers playing pool I hope to meet amazing people.
I'm not planning on preaching. I am just an open minded and good hearted guy ready to challenge himself and meet people with questions from those holding opposing views in hope that honesty and questions / answers from both sides can help bring us all together.
