About Me

COUCH AVAILABILITY

In London there are too many couchsurfers for too few couches. If my couch status is set to 'available' I will receive about 15 requests a day, which is too much to handle. As such I've changed my couch status to 'maybe available' in the hope that it will reduce the number of requests to a more manageable amount. However my couch IS still available so please get in touch if you'd like to stay!

CURRENT MISSION

Building Glow Save, an energy management company 💡 that avoids you comparing energy rates, switching yourself and overpaying ever again. See more at glowsave.com

Also researching the market for innovative food products and street food stalls.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To make friends with people around the world.

Interests

Traditionally I've loved learning about philosophy although recently I've become more interested in psychology. This is probably due to my developing interests in sales, marketing and advertising.

I love reggae, indie and classical music. One thing I used to try to do around the world was watch ballet. I do like other types of art, but for me anything with performance in it is the most special.

I don't really watch TV as I haven't had one in a long time, but I do watch lots of YouTube, mostly vloggers.

Music, Movies, and Books

Independent documentary films, reggae and old books

Favorite music would probably be: Toots and the Maytals, Jimmy Cliff, The Libertines, Beirut....

Favorite films are normally documentary films or art house/independent cinema films. Recently I loved an Estonian-Georgian film called Tangerines.

ATM I mostly read non-fiction books. But for fiction, I loved Jane Eyre and The Picture of Dorian Gray.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Trekked 70km across the Tengger Desert in China for 4 days wearing the same clothes. Someone took my bag when getting off the bus!

Teach, Learn, Share
