ABOUT ME

Well, I was born in the Philippines, raised in Japan, spent teen years in USA and now currently studying abroad in France.

I love traveling, getting to know people and cultures. I'm very open-minded and certainly easygoing, carefree, likes to talk, and easy to get along with. Trying new things is one of my hobbies, especially when travelling. In my opinion, it is the best way to absorb new culture.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couch surfed once with a friend in Brussels. It was a blast, our host held a party for her birthday during one of the days of our stay. Getting to know them and partying, local style, was a blast!

Music, Movies, and Books

When it comes to books I like graphic novels. My favorite is Persepolis by Marjane Satrapi. Generally, I like French literature, especially from former colonies.

Music-wise, I enjoy listening to dance, folk-pop, and music from Ex-Yugoslavia.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being stranded in an Austrian train station over-night, talking and laughing with 2 other stranded passengers. Even in stressful situations, people's niceness shine.

Travelling in Croatia with a friend that I have only known for a day .
