First of all: A host who takes your privacy into consideration in every respect.
Further: A man who has learned to appreciate hospitality and quickly adapt to the rules and habits of different cultures and religions. My mom (may she rest in peace) taught me to cook, wash, iron and clean up my mess without any help and without being asked. As a hobby cook it gives me the greatest pleasure to prepare local delicacies together. And also pass on the secrets of preparing dishes from my home country.
